3. becoming an Admin and Mod is a privalige so don't ask i'll decide if your worthy
4.No God modding, We don't need that here. Please No controling other characters that are not your own, or not being able to be hit everyone gets hit, No one is immortal or invencibile. Please be realistic even if this is based on Anime.(^_^)
